Lets do some finer job.
Move the selected vertive a bit down and back to break the straight wall effect. hands-037.jpg
The only triangles left on top are the faces selected, lets get rid of them.
Merge circled vertices, quadify.

We have 2 triangles left, but first we will resize a bit fingers. hands-039.jpg
Selecting as shown, size around 0.92 factor. proceed for the 4 fingers. hands-040.jpg
Move all fingers a bit to compensate for the resize we just did. Now it is time to get rid of the 2 left triangles by creating a new knife cut as shown. hands-041.jpg
Create a new loop cut as shown. hands-042.jpg

Do a knife cut (midpoints). Dont cut the circled edge. hands-044.jpg

Subsurfed result. Topology is sound, and with little tweaking, you will get nice results. hands-046.jpg
Sharpen a bit tendon edge markings. hands-047.jpg
